Cute dress, sizing was off

I bought a mini dress and a shoulder bag from Princess Polly UK. The ordering process was straightforward, and I liked that they offered Clearpay. The dress arrived in about 8 days, which was fine. The quality of the dress was decent for the price, but it ran a little small compared to other brands I wear, so I had to exchange it. The shoulder bag was perfect though, exactly what I expected. Returns were pretty easy to set up online, just wish the sizing was more consistent to avoid the hassle.

I have one of their sports bras and it's surprisingly supportive for low-impact stuff like yoga. The leggings are cute but definitely more for casual wear than serious gym sessions. They don't have that super compressive feel.

No, unfortunately, returns aren't free in the UK. You have to pay for postage yourself. It's a bit annoying for an online store.
